These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Parkside Events Surrey website and our event services. By using our website or purchasing tickets/services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Event Tickets

2.1 Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per customer.

2.2 Ticket Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

2.3 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Tickets may be refunded up to 14 days before the event date, minus a 10% administration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event, except where the event is cancelled by us.
  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund within 14 working days.
  • If an event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be available if you cannot attend the new date.

3. Event Attendance

3.1 Entry Requirements

Valid tickets must be presented for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or in breach of these terms.

3.2 Children

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Some events may have specific age restrictions which will be clearly stated.

3.3 Weather

Our events take place outdoors. Events will proceed in light rain. In cases of severe weather posing a safety risk, we may postpone or cancel events. Check our website and social media for updates.

4. Event Services (B2B)

4.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to site visits and final confirmation of requirements.

4.2 Deposits and Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
  • For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at booking.

4.3 Cancellation by Client

  • More than 60 days before: Full refund minus deposit
  • 30-60 days before: 50% of total cost retained
  • Less than 30 days before: 100% of total cost retained

5. Vendor Terms

Vendors at our events must:

  • Hold valid public liability insurance (minimum £5 million)
  • Comply with all food hygiene regulations (where applicable)
  • Provide copies of all necessary licences and certifications
  • Adhere to allocated pitch sizes and locations
  • Remove all waste and leave the site clean

6. Health and Safety

We take health and safety seriously. All attendees must:

  • Follow instructions from event staff and security
  • Report any safety concerns to staff immediately
  • Not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, fireworks)
  • Not interfere with safety equipment or barriers

7. Photography and Filming

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.

Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.

8. Liability

Parkside Events Surrey Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Injuries resulting from the attendee's own negligence
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Parkside Events Surrey Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
